1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hire Skill ("Site") or booking our services, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided
We offer professional security camera support services including:
✓ Remote security camera setup & configuration
✓ Technical support and troubleshooting via phone/remote access
✓ Network configuration for remote viewing
✓ Mobile app setup and feature configuration
✓ Motion detection and alert configuration

Service Exclusions:
- Physical hardware repairs requiring manufacturer intervention
- Services for illegally obtained devices
- Network infrastructure beyond camera connectivity
- On-site installation services (remote guidance only)

3. User Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate information (Wi-Fi passwords, network details)
- Have stable internet connection for remote support sessions
- Obtain necessary permissions for camera placement
- Follow safety guidelines during physical setup

4. Pricing & Payments
- Service fees quoted are final unless scope changes
- Payment due before service via secure payment methods
- Refunds only if service isn't rendered (see Section 7)
- All prices in USD

5. Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for full refund
- Same-day cancellations: 25% fee
- Service rescheduling requires 12-hour notice
- No refunds after remote support session begins

6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:
- Pre-existing device issues
- Network or internet connectivity problems
- User error during setup process
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances

Maximum liability = service fee paid.

7. Refund Policy
- Full refund if service cannot be provided
- No refunds for completed remote support sessions
- Partial refunds considered case-by-case for unresolved issues
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service

8. Service Guarantee
- 15-day support for identical issues (Standard Package)
- 30-day support for identical issues (Premium Package)
- Does not cover new problems or user-induced issues
- Remote support available during business hours (8 AM - 10 PM EST)

9. Intellectual Property
- Site content © 2025 Hire Skill
- No commercial use of our guides without permission
- Client retains ownership of their data and footage

10. Service Areas
We provide remote support services to customers in:
- All 50 United States
- All Canadian provinces
- Services delivered remotely via phone, chat, and screen sharing

11. Dispute Resolution
- 30-day negotiation period for disputes
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
- Each party bears own arbitration costs

12. Changes to Terms
Updates posted 7 days before taking effect. Continued use = acceptance.

13. Business Information
