1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
Service Not Completed – We couldn't resolve your issue despite our best efforts
Cancelled Within 24 Hours – Before remote support session begins
Technical Limitations – Issue requires manufacturer support or hardware replacement
Duplicate Billing – Accidental overcharges or duplicate payments

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
❌ After remote support session has started
❌ Issues caused by user modifications after service
❌ Manufacturer hardware defects (refer to device warranty)
❌ Issues related to customer's internet service or network equipment
❌ Services successfully rendered and documented
❌ Customer unable to follow instructions or provide necessary access

2. Refund Process
Step 1: Email support@hireskill.online within 7 days of service including:
- Original service request details
- Description of unresolved issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Step 2: We'll respond within 2 business days to:
- Offer additional support attempts OR
- Process refund via original payment method

Processing Time: 5-10 business days (varies by payment processor and bank)

3. Service Guarantee Periods
All paid services include support guarantees:
🔹 Basic Support: 15-day guarantee for identical issues
🔹 Standard Package: 30-day guarantee for identical issues
🔹 Premium Package: 60-day priority support guarantee

Guarantee Covers:
- Identical issue recurrence
- Configuration problems related to our setup
- Follow-up support for the same problem

4. Partial Refunds & Service Credits
We may issue:
🔹 75% refund for cancellations with 12-24 hour notice
🔹 50% refund for cancellations with less than 12 hour notice
🔹 Service credit (120% of original payment) for future bookings
🔹 Pro-rated refunds for partially completed multi-session services

5. Remote Support Specific Policies
Due to the nature of remote services:
- No refunds once screen sharing or remote access session begins
- Service effectiveness depends on customer cooperation and internet stability
- We document all support sessions for quality assurance
- Multiple support attempts offered before considering refunds
